James D. Wolfe
James D. Wolfe earned a BA in Business Administration from Idaho State University, and completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration. Jim spent eight years in the real estate development and home building industries with a Fortune 500 company in Canada and the United States. He founded Wolfe Consulting Group in 1981, and has been a practice management business consultant for over 30 years.
Craig H. Heiser
Craig Heiser earned a BA in Economics at Beloit College, and an MBA in Finance at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. For 25 years, he worked for Fortune 500 corporations in the healthcare and computer services industries as a Financial Manager and as an Executive Officer. He has been a healthcare consultant and partner with Wolfe Consulting Group, Ltd. for more than 20 years.
Diana Reed, RHIT, CCS-P
Diana Reed, RHIT, CCS-P is a Registered Health Information Technician and Certified Coding Specialist. She earned her credentials through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Since 1991, she has secured varied healthcare experience, and has been an independent consultant since 1999. Diana is skilled in physician coding reviews; coding and documentation education; and facility outpatient coding. She has successfully assisted attorney with claims litigation working on behalf of providers. Her health information technician background complements her coding skills with the ability to design appropriate compliance policies and procedures, and advise on appropriate electronic records documentation formats. She received a degree and graduated with honors from Chaffey College in CA.
B. Marie Rodriguez
B. Marie Rodriguez is a self-motivated individual with over 20 years of practical experience, including many years of professional and volunteer work in medical practice management. Her specialty is coordinating practice management from inception, implementing training programs for front office staff, and converting billing and scheduling procedures from manual to automated systems. She has particular skills in inventory maintenance and account management. Marie earned her B.S. Degree in political science from Arizona State University, with emphasis in accounting and management.
Steven L. Silverstein
Steven L. Silverstein has a broad-based technical and business background including extensive experience in engineering, operations management, marketing, sales and project management. His skills in organizing businesses for high performance with a strong customer focus resulted in his being given responsibility for the divisional worldwide sales and marketing of a Fortune 100 company. He created a regional physician recruiting company several years ago and now also heads the Wolfe Consulting Group nationwide physician recruiting activities, providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates. Steve received his B.S.E.E. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S.E.E. degree from Carnegie Mellon University and his M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
Murray S. Gares, CCIM
Murray Gares has more than 18 years of experience in tenant/buyer representation in the metropolitan Phoenix area. He has a wealth of knowledge and understanding about the many medical and general office options that buyers or tenants can consider. He has successfully represented hundreds of tenants and buyers during his career, including individual practitioners, major hospital operators and municipal authorities. He is adept at guiding tenants and buyers through all phases of the transaction process—from identifying properties to negotiating lease terms and language. And he provides seasoned project management counsel for the tenant improvement and move-in process. Murray graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee for more than 12 years.
